DELIVERY

Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

PACKAGING

Each piece of Maximal Art jewelry is gift boxed. Each Maximal Art home accessory is sent in a velveteen pouch. If you would like us to wrap an item and send your gift directly, add $5.00 and under “ordering instructions” let us know what you’d like the card to say. Your receipt will be sent directly to you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because each piece is handmade to order, we accept returns for store credit only, within two (2) weeks of shipping. We do not credit for shipping charges.

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged piece, please let us know and we will send a replacement piece to you.

REPAIRS

We will repair any Maximal Art piece that we can (regardless of the age of the piece). If there is a charge, we will notify you before beginning the work.

WARRANTIES

Maximal Art watches carry a five-year limited warranty.
