Packaging:
Each piece of Maximal Art jewelry is gift boxed. Each Maximal Art home accessory is sent in a velveteen pouch. If you would like us to wrap an item and send your gift directly, add $5 and under “ordering instructions” let us know what you’d like the card to say. Your receipt will be sent to you directly.
Returns/Exchanges:

Because each piece is handmade to order, we accept returns for store credit only within 2 weeks of invoicing. We do not credit for shipping charges.
Damages:

If you receive a damaged piece, please let us know and we will send you a replacement.
Repairs:
We will repair any Maximal Art piece that we can (regardless of the age for you collectors!) If there is a charge, we will notify you before beginning the work.
Warranties:
Maximal Art watches carry a 5 year limited warranty..
